OUR PROCESS
Demilec Wraps have been designed to give the Demilec brand the Quality Look to match the Service and Quality product that Demilec offers it’s customers. If you are a Member of the Demilec family, that is why you are here. So let’s explain what you should expect.

First, we have worked with Demilec to have the design that best fits the Demilec brand, we then put your logo or name in place with phone numbers and contact info. You will work directly with Texoma Wraps for this process. We will speak with you to insure that your wrapped trailer is branded to best promote your business along with the Demilec brand.

Second, once design is approved by you, it will go to production, where the design will be processed for printing, on the highest quality wrap vinyl on the market. Once printed and inspected, we laminate the print on the same high quality clear vinyl, giving the added UV and scratch protection needed to insure a proper wrap job.

Next, we prepare your trailer for the wrap, this is an extensive cleaning process and surface preparation operation.

Then, it’s time to wrap the trailer. Once wrapped, we trim around the whole wrap to insure the wrap has total surface contact, giving no chance to allow for edge peeling. This leaves about a quarter inch of the trailer color to show around the edge, but gives it a clean look. All wraps take a week or more depending on the weather conditions, to set in. This means some areas like around some rivets will slowly suck in and a mi-nute amount of very small bubbles left behind, will disapear after a short time exposed to sun and warm temprtures.
Note: Trailer wraps are paneled with an overlap between them. all lettering and graphics are printed on the panels as one piece. Due to the nature of the obsticals and conditions that may arise during install, an occasional overlay of a small piece of graphic may be necessary to insure the integrity of the design and over all look and still achieve a proper installation.
